Services and Programs

Sessions are grounded in Equine Assisted Practice (EAP), integrating Narrative Therapy and Somatic‑informed approaches. All work with horses is on the ground (no riding) and tailored to the needs of each person.

Introductory / First Session

Best for: Anyone curious about whether EAP is right for them.

What to expect:

  • A gentle orientation to the property and the herd

  • Time to talk about what has brought you here and what you hope for

  • Discussion of safety, consent, and how we’ll work together

  • Simple, low‑pressure engagement with the horses (from a distance or closer, depending on your comfort)

This session allows us both to get a sense of fit and to decide together on next steps and frequency.

Individual Equine Assisted Practice (EAP) Sessions
